will I build muscle and lose fat from doing 1000 pushups and 1000 pullups? (I dont even lift)
I'm skinnyfat, so I need to build muscle and lose fat. I'm gonna do this by doing 1000 pushups a day and the next day I do 1000 pullups a day and so on (alternating pushups and pullups every other day). will I gain muscle and lose fat doing this?..
