Maple Custard Pie

That old-fashioned goodness right from your oven!
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Vegetable Shortening or Margarine
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
3 Eggs
3 Tbs Flour
1 1/2 Cups Maple Sugar
Process the flour, shortening and powdered sugar in a food processor until it becomes a dough. Press into a well-greased tart pan. Combine the eggs, flour and maple syrup and beat until frothy. Pour into the crust ad bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set.
Serves 8 to 10
