How mods can effect the success of a forum (The Truth)

This forum has gone down hill in terms of how busy it is since I joined in 2010. Maybe it is the mods? Dont you think its unprofessional (its funny yes) to make fun of a forum member as a mod?? (serious question) http://ift.tt/2e09go8...
