Costco™ Double Chocolate Muffins
Double down on chocolaty goodness! These king-sized muffins deliver 2x the good stuff.
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 box (15.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ cake mix (any chocolate flavor)
1 packet (3.9 oz) chocolate pudding mix
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup chocolate chips
In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat together eggs, milk, butter, cake mix, pudding mix and sour cream. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spoon into a Texas (jumbo) muffin tin, lined with large parchment lotus cups. For best results, fill each cup nearly to the top.
Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, if desired.
