Pumpkin Bars

A perfect fall goodie. Very easy to make as well. Decorate with your favorite "seasonal/holiday" decorations.

2 cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
4 Eggs
1 (15 oz.) can of Pumpkins
1 2/3 cups Sugar
1 cup Oil

Mix together the first five ingredients. In a large bowl beat together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Gradually beat into flour mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Icing:
1 (3 oz) Package Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups Sifted Confectioners' Sugar

Beat well.

Decorate any way you want - chopped nuts, halved pecan or walnuts, festive candies for the holiday (i.e. top with pumpkins, candy corn, etc.)
