Cheese Ball from the Sea



Ingredients Preparation

8 ounces [227 g] cream cheese
1 can salad shrimps, rinsed and drained
8 ounces [227 g] canned crabmeat, tuna fish or salmon
1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon [5 mL] minced onion
Chopped parsley
Chopped nuts
Diced cheese, to taste
Soda crackers, Melba toasts or other crackers



Beat cream cheese until creamy; mix in salad shrimps, crabmeat, tuna fish or salmon, Tabasco sauce and minced onion.
Cream into a blender.
Shape into a ball and refrigerate, wrapped in waxed paper, for 30 minutes.
Before serving, roll cheese ball in chopped parsley and chopped nuts.
Garnish all around with your choice of cheese dices.
Serve, along with soda crackers, Melba toasts or other crackers.
