Road biking (The Truth)

Anyone else into road biking? Trying to loose size as developed a breathing problem at the beginning of the year. I'm 30 pounds down at he min and apnea has gone I think. If I do 40k tom that will be 200k in the last 6 days. http://ift.tt/29plCyq..
