1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
2 slices turkey breast
2 tbsp. Roasted red pepper hummus
1/4 c. diced red onion
2 tbsp. Italian Olive Salad
Handful field greens or spinach
1 Roma Tomato, diced
Cucumber, sliced, desired amount
Spread tortilla with hummus. Layer with remaining toppings. Roll.
