Red Lobster Tartar Sauce




1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped white onions
1 tablespoon finely diced carrot
1 tablespoon pickle relish - do not use dill relish
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

In a small bowl combine all ingredients. It is best if you store this sauce in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. You can keep this for 7 days in the refrigerator.
