Anyone had a hernia? (Faux Real)

I've got a small lump in my groin which is quite tender. It looks like the right spot for a hernia, but it doesn't hurt much, bit sore when I walk. Been there for a few days now, shall I just push it back in or go and see a doc? Any hernia experts?..
