Method
- Dark Chocolate Cookies 25
- Butter (softened) 5 ounce
- Fruit Cocktail 1 cup
- Vanilla Ice Cream 1 Liter
- Chocolate Sauce as required
Method
- Mix butter in crushed cookies and spread base at the bottom of pie dish.
- Spread fruit cocktail.
- Top with softened Vanilla Ice cream.
- Drizzle chocolate Sauce. Chill until firm and serve.
