Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

• Dark Chocolate Cookies 25
• Butter (softened) 5 ounce
• Fruit Cocktail 1 cup
• Vanilla Ice Cream 1 Liter
• Chocolate Sauce as required

Method

1. Mix butter in crushed cookies and spread base at the bottom of pie dish.
2. Spread fruit cocktail.
3. Top with softened Vanilla Ice cream.
4. Drizzle chocolate Sauce. Chill until firm and serve.
