What Happened To Me?? (OhFGS)

Hi all. I was at the gym today, been going 3 weeks now 5 x a week. I did a few exercises on my back and couple reps on dumb bell curls. Then I started to do some press ups...the one where you have your legs on the floor and your arms behind you on the ben..
