Really Healthy & Tasty Smoothie

The strawberry banana smoothie is by far my favourite. Try it and tell me what you think. It uses everyday fruit but I've also included some more exotic superfoods to spice it up and increase the nutritional punch!

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

The Ingredients

1 cup healthy milk (almond, coconut, hemp, raw milk) of your choice or kefir
1 fresh or frozen medium banana
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

The Add-ons

1-2 cups green leafy vegetable (spinach, kale, lettuce, or beet greens)
1 tablespoon cacao, maca, coconut oil, and/or bee pollen
1 serving of your preferred protein powder
A little spice: cinnamon, ginger, or cayenne pepper
A dash of sea salt

Show Time

Put all the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend for 30-45 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached.
