I have anatidaephobia and its really fcking up my life (srs) (HEADSHOT)

I have had this for over a month now and its starting to really fck up my life. its making me lose my hair and I cant even speak properly anymore. anyone else used to suffer from this or still does? how was/is your life and how did you overcome this illne..
