Red Lobster Garlic-Grilled Shrimp

Two wood-grilled shrimp skewers with a buttery garlic glaze. Served with rice and choice of side.

Serves 2 - 4

2 lbs shrimp, peeled, deveined
2 garlic cloves, minced
dash worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup butter
3 lemons, juice of
pepper to taste


Saute garlic in butter. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, pepper & Worcestershire. Stir marinade.
Add shrimp. Marinate for 30 minutes. Put shrimp on skewers. Cook on George Forman grill until shrimp turn pink. Just a few minutes. Watch closely and do not over cook shrimp.
