Out of date Super Strength Omega 3 Caps? (Boss Redd)

I have around 360 Super Strenth Omega 3 High DHA & EPA Capsules dated March 2013. Will I die if I take these? They are still foil sealed....apart from the pack i just opened to check them...they don't smell rancid or anything. Whats your verdict?..
