Servings: 4
Ingredients Preparation

16 turkey wings
1 cup [250 mL] barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon [15 mL] crushed chiles
2 teaspoons [10 mL] onion salt
1 teaspoon [5 mL] garlic powder
1/2 cup [125 mL] honey
1 cup [250 mL] pomegranata juice
1 cup [250 mL] white grape juice
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon [15 mL] vegetable oil
1 tablespoon [15 mL] herbes de Provence
1 tablespoon [15 mL] grossly ground peppercorns
4 bunches green grapes

Cut and through away turkey wing ends.
Into a bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, crushed chiles, onion salt, garlic powder, honey, pomegranata and white grape juices, and salt.
Add turkey wings; mix to coat well.
Cover, refrigerated and leave to marinate overnight.
To roast the wings, preheat oven to 375°F [190°C].
Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper.
Brush paper with vegetable oil.
Remove turkey wings from marinade.
Arrange apart onto prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle all over with herbes de Provence and grossly ground peppercorns.
Roast into preheated oven for approximately 50 minutes, turning wings over three times while roasting.
If wings become too dark too fast, cover wings with al foil; remove al foil 5 minutes before the end of roasting time.
A meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the wings without touching any bone should register 180°F [82°C]
Serve immediately, garnished with green grape bunches.
