Is it wise to pay off the mortgage? (SeanR)

ive got four payments left on the mortgage, if i pay it off i will shut the door on being able to get hold of money fast and hassle free. I was thinking i may leave some owing on the mortgage for peace of mind. Edit to add, Ive over paid each month, so..
