How the chr*st do I upload a profile pic (FattyOnAMission)

Okay seriously I've hosted a pic live on image shack, I've made sure it's not too big, I've tried looking in faqs and and prior posts, am I the dumbest sh*t on MT or something, how do I upload a pic?..
