Snack: 1 kiwi
Evening: 1 kiwi, 2 boiled eggs, 1 portion of vegetable meal or 100 grams of meat.
Footnote 1: You can consume sugar-free chamomile tea in order to comfort your stomach at night and sleep comfortably.
Footnote 2: During the 4-day period of the diet, drinking beverages except sugar-free tea and water is forbidden.
