2 cups [500 mL] any desired really well-drained canned fruit pieces
2 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] salt
Puree fruit pieces until smooth.
Whip egg whites with salt until foamy.
Delicately fold in pureed fruit until well combined.
