Smack Shack Crayfish Boil
1 pound Minnesota Crayfish
4 ounces new red potatoes
2 ounces Kielbasa Sausage -- cut into 1" pieces
1/2 each corn cob -- shucked and cut into 1" pieces
1/2 cup clarified butter
2 each white onion -- peeled and quartered
1 1/4 pounds Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon salt
Directions:
1. Fill a large stock pot with water, add onions and 1 lb Old Bay seasoning. Bring it to a boil.
2. Drop potatoes into the pot first, cook for 7 minutes.
3. Add the corn and sausage to the potatoes, cook for 4 more minutes.
4. Add crayfish to the pot. Cook vegetables, sausage, and crayfish together for an additional 4 minutes or until crayfish is bright red and floats to the surface.
5. Remove vegetables, sausage, and crayfish from stock pot using a strainer or a slotted spoon and transfer into a mixing bowl.
6. Toss with 1 Tbsp Old Bay, 1 Tbsp cajun seasoning, salt to taste, clarified butter.
