GRILLED RADISHES w. DILL BUTTER
1 ½ lb. radishes, halved
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
Fresh cracked pepper
¼ C. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. fresh minced dill
Zest of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1. Heat grill to 350 degrees.
2. Place radishes in a bowl, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Place radishes in a grilling skillet and cook for 20 to 25 minutes stirring frequently until tender crisp.
4. While radishes grill, mix together the melted butter, fresh dill, lemon zest and lemon juice.
5. Place grilled radishes in a serving dish and toss with the dill butter.
