Veal Cubes

Veal Cubes

Comments: Serve along with rice, and vegetables.
Servings: 4



2 tablespoons [30 mL] vegetable oil
1 pound [454 g] stewing milk-fed veal cubes
1 orange, juice and grated rind
1/4 cup [60 mL] orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons [30 mL] soy sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste



Heat oil over high heat into a casserole.
Brown veal cubes into hot oil.
Stir in orange juice, orange juice concentrate and soy sauce.
Cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes longer.
Salt and pepper before serving, sprinkled with grated orange rind.
