Decent hardcore gym in South Manchester? (KFC)

I live in Wythenshawe and am looking for a decent gym ideally with a power rack and some decent machines not too far away ( the closer the better) , that is not too expensive and isn't too hammered at around 7pm on weeknights and not hammered at weekends ..
