Rolled Oat Pancake

Ingredients Preparation
1/2 cup [125 mL] rolled oats
1/4 cup [60 mL] milk
1 egg
Hint of butter
Well beat together rolled oats, milk and egg.
Leave to rest for a few minutes.
Over medium heat, melt butter into a medium frypan.
Evenly flatten rolled oat mixture shaping a quite thick pancake.
Leave to brown lightly, turn over and brown on other side.
Serve immediately.
