How does your boss/ firm react when you phone in sick? (SeanR)

Just wondering how pressured some of you may feel to go in work when you are genuinely ill. I dont have much time off work at all, but on the few occasions i have called in, i would say the response could be considered as harassment. I have a good relatio..
