Chicken Parrano!
4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thick
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp olive oil
8 ounces shredded Parrano cheese
16 ounces marinara sauce
Directions:
· In a large bowl whisk together 1 large egg and 1/2 cup milk.
· Dip the chicken breasts in milk and egg mixture and then in the seasoned bread crumbs.
· Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
· Brown the chicken on both sides until golden, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
· Set chicken in a baking dish
· Pour 16 ounces of your favorite marinara sauce over chicken breasts and cover with 8 ounces of Parrano cheese.
· Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve with spaghetti and garlic bread.
