Can't get Instagram username?? (Barbarian999)

Anybody know how to re-set or find out their Instagram username? I've clicked on the "forgot password" link hoping the e-mail I would recieve from that would give me the name in the e-mail greeting but it just says "Hello and then my e-mail addy".....anyb..
