I cut this one in half when I make it. I think the cook time was more like 30 minutes when I did it that way.
Sausage Breakfast Casserole
7 slice bread (crusts removed, spread with margarine and cubed)
1 pound sausage (cooked, crumbled and drained)
2 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
7 eggs
2 1⁄2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
In a 3-quart casserole dish place the bread, and top with the sausage and cheese.
In a medium bowl combine the eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard, beating well. Pour the mixture over the casserole and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours. Bake in a 350F oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
