Raspberry Coulis

Raspberry Coulis







1/2 pound [227 g] fresh or individually frozen raspberries [2 cups / 500 mL]

2 tablespoons [30 mL] icing sugar







Process raspberries into a food processor until smooth.

If desired, press through a fine sieve to remove any remaining seed.

Stir in icing sugar until really well blended.
