1 lb lean ground beef

1 c onion, diced

1 c green pepper, diced

1 c celery, diced

1 T brown sugar

1T white vinegar

1/2 t dry mustard

1 c ketchup

1T cajun style hot sauce

1/8 t salt

1/8 t pepper









Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. Add all additional ingredients and stir. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add extra hot sauce if needed per taste. Serve on crusty hamburger buns.
