Moving on from a relationship split (brittas)

I'm not talking about a girl friend, I'm talking about marriage with kids. Me and my wife have had lots of ups and downs, I even had a thread on here about a split in the past where we managed to sort it out. Well it all kicked off again over Xmas.......
