How to make canned corn beef?

Hi there,



I'm unsure whether this is a silly question. Currently I am living in Australia and I am able to find "fresh" cold beef from the store however it does not taste like canned corn beef.



Does anybody know how do I make fresh cornbeef to taste like canned corn beef? They both have very different taste. I prefer the canned one.
