dumplings for a crowd

I've got no problem making a big pot of our favorite chicken for chick & dumplings.....but how do I make dumplings for 15 people, and have them so they're easy to self serve?? I've been cooking for 50+ yrs, but even with kids & grandkids we're only 10. Help please!
