Do you think the NHS would work better if you had the option of "upgrading" (BMH)

It's annoying to think that those who can work but don't and have never contributed ANYTHING(lazy people ,druggies....ect) are entitled to the same treatment as someone who earns say £40k and pays shxt loads of tax and works 60 hours a week. So would the ..
