Salter scales, body fat percentage (chris182)

Bathroom scales with bf% is it just a predication and guess work, I've entered my height and age into it and apparently I'm 23% body fat Im 6ft3 ish and 16.5 stone only really got some fat on my chest, I'd have guessed I was nearer 18%..
