Chinese Five Spice BBQ or Dipping Sauce



I made this to add to pulled pork when making pork filled buns.

Good as an asian style dipping or bbq sauce.



Makes about 1 cup



1/2 cup Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce or similar bbq sauce

1 Tablespoon soy sauce

1 Tablespoon olive oil

2 or 3 Tablespoons brown sugar

1 Tablespoon Teriyaki sauce or Worcestershire sauce

1 Tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic chili sauce or Sriracha or hot sauce like Tabasco

1 teaspoon liquid hickory smoke or smoked paprika powder

1/2 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice Powder

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger powder



Mix in a well bowl in small bowl. Store in fridge.
