What to to with Thanksgiving leftovers

Turkey Salad



Always a winner



3 cups turkey shredded

1 jar diced Pimentos

1 can Water chestnuts drained and chopped

2 boiled eggs chopped

3/4 cup Mayonnaise

1/4 cup prepared yellow Mustard

1/4 cup Sweet pickle chopped

2 tablespoons Sweet pickle juice

1/4 cup Dill pickle chopped

2 tablespoons Dill pickle juice

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper



Mix all ingredients retaining juice from pimentos.

You may have to add a little more mayo to get the right consistency.
