Russian Dressing

Some folks prefer Russian dressing over 1000 island when making Rubens



1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons pickle relish

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon coarse salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper



Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 week.
