INGREDIENTS:
Eggs-------------------2 nos.
Vinegar or lemon juice--1 teaspoon
Oil---------------------200 ml
Salt --------------------to taste
Mustard seed paste----1/2 teaspoon
White pepper powder----to taste
Powdered sugar----------1 teaspoon
METHOD OS PREPARATIONS:
Separate egg yolks from the white.
Place egg yolk in another bowl and add vinegar or lemon juice.
Blend well with a hand blender adding oil little by little.
Add salt, mustard paste,pepper powder and sugar.
Mix well and refrigerate for an hour.
Use as required .foodiedale
