Downloaded content not showing up on WMP via my PS3.... (Barbarian999)

I have Windows 7 and connect it up to my hub via ethernet cable. Recently did a re-install and whilst anything downloaded BEFORE the install (ie stuff I saved on my ext HDD) shows up via WMP on ly PS3, anything I d/load AFTER the re-install is not showing..
