Southern chicken salad

3 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts shredded

1 jar diced Pimentos

1 can Water chestnuts chopped

2 Boiled eggs chopped

3/4 cup Mayonnaise

1/4 cup prepared Mustard

1/4 cup Sweet pickle chopped

2 tablespoons Sweet pickle juice

1/4 cup Dill pickle chopped

2 tablespoons Dill pickle juice



Mix all ingredients except milk retaining juice from pimentos.

Do not include water from water chestnuts.

You may have to add a little more mayo to get the consistency desired.
