Looking for Grandy's Steak Biscuit

When I was pregnant with my son 23 years ago, we had a Grandy's.....I would go by every morning before work and get a "Steak Biscuit" ..... About a yea later, they closed the store in my town.



I was thinking about it the other day and wanted to see if anyone here knew what kind of steak they used and where I might get it.



Any help would be appreciated.
