Easy After Work Stir Fry



3 cups mixed veggies

1 tablespoon oil

1 (6 oz) pkg. grilled chicken strips

1/2 c. sweet n' sour sauce

1 boil-in-bag white rice, prepared



In medium skillet with oil, add veggies, cook over medium heat 5

minutes or until veggies are tender. Add chicken and sauce. Cover and

cook 2 minutes or until mixture is hot.



Makes 2 to 3 servings
