Cranberry Maple Chicken







1 can whole berry cranberry sauce

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 1/2 TB soy sauce

1/4 tsp. orange peel

water to taste if too thick or sweet

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

garlic salt

garlic pepper



Mix all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and heat on low, stirring, until smooth and bubbly. Sauté or poach boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Season with garlic salt and garlic pepper. Cook chicken according to directions on chicken package. Pour a small ladle of sauce over chicken.
