Cant send Pm's (LeanNmean)

Hi,Dont know if this is in the right section, i wanted to send someone a pm for advice but my account wont let me. When i try it says i must be a member for two days and have 5 posts, ive been a member for 3 days and have 5 posts but it still wont let me,..
