Anyone with up and down anxiety/ appetite? (cu3ed)

For the last few days my anxiety has taken a big turn for the worst, possibly the worst I have experienced. Got in with my GP the next day and he has me on Cipralex (10mg), propranolol (40mg) and good ole diazepam 2mg. Nearly laughed when on every bloody ..
