Cabbage Pie





1 head cabbage

2 tablespoons margarine

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

4 eggs

1 onion, chopped

1 teaspoon tomato paste

salt and pepper, to taste

oregano, optional



Slice cabbage and cook in a large skillet with 2 tablespoons butter until done. Drain well.



Stir together the rest of the ingredients and blend with the cabbage.



Place mixture into a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with more Parmesan and bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
