Peanut Butter Cup Cocoa
Serves: 6
4 cups (1 quart) milk
4 cups (2 pints) half-and-half
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
n a soup pot, combine the milk, half-and-half, sugar, and cocoa over medium heat and cook until the mixture just begins to boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
garnish each serving with whipped cream and half a mini peanut butter cup.
